Hongkong Space -excerpts from the April 2000 Premier issue A striking installation by Canadian artist Warren Carther comprises a suite of three magnificent glass works of art called the Chronos Trilogy. The sculpture took twelve months to produce at his studio in Canada and it includes the tallest freestanding glass sculpture in the world. A 30 meter long wave of glass stretches across the west wall of Lincoln House. Each artwork is made of colored glass that was abrasive blast carved and painted with translucent paint to allow the interplay of natural and artificial light to achieve various effects.
